How to Create Custom Uniform
Concept & Mockup
Sketch your ideas or use an online design tool to arrange colors, logos, and player names. Include PMS color codes and vector files for crisp printing.
Fabric & Technology Selection
Decide between mesh panels, bonded seams, or stretch inserts for breathability and fit. Explore moisture-wicking finishes and anti-odor treatments to keep players fresh.
Sample Approval
Request a physical sample or small run to verify print accuracy and fit. Test the sample in training drills to confirm performance.
Low Minimum Order
A Team can minimum order of 15 Pieces per size/design is required
Production & Quality Control
Once approved, we will begins bulk cutting, stitching, embroidery and printing. Each batch undergoes inspections for color consistency, seam strength, and print adhesion.
Logistics & Delivery
Coordinate shipping: air freight for speed, sea freight for cost-effectiveness. Track your order with the supplier’s portal, ensuring timely arrival.
